Great news – yes, you are welcome to bring your small dog (only at Park Ridge and depends on availability), cat or bird with you in most cases. We do have to assess the suitability of your small pet first. Once approved, pets must be kept under control at all times and must not cause inconvenience to other residents.

Village Gardens offers you the freedom of no locked in contract/lease. Stay as long as you like and provide us two weeks notice when you’re ready to leave (2 months minimum stay required).

You’re in the perfect place … if there isn’t room on your site to accommodate your boat or caravan, there is a designated area where they can be parked. Storage sheds are also available.

You will have peace of mind knowing our site fees are extremely reasonably priced. The site fees cover ground maintenance, council rates, water rates, fire levies, garbage removal, land tax and 24-hour management.

Unlike most tenancy agreements we do not charge a 4 week bond. This is an additional service we provide for those over the age of 40 with no children residing with them.

Each house has its own private garden and residents are encouraged to tend their own area.
